вопросы этногеографии в трудах Климента Васильевича Квитки

Аннотация
Статья посвящена научному наследию выдающегося этномузыколога Климента Васильевича Квитки. Представив краткий обзор его печатных работ, доступных в настоящее время, автор выделяет этногеографическую проблематику в качестве одной из ключевых, выявляемой во многих текстах ученого. Вопросы этногеографии разрабатывались К. В. Квиткой начиная с 1920-х гг. Большинство его трудов того времени вошли в широкое употребление с публикацией В. Л. Гошовским двухтомника (1971, 1973); в собрание включены переводы ранних статей на русский язык. В этом издании также впервые увидели свет некоторые рукописи 1940-х гг. Обращаясь к архивным документам, отражающим деятельность К. В. Квитки, автор отмечает, что в работах ученого в разные годы повторялась и развивалась идея об историко-культурном и этногеографическом единстве украинского, белорусского и русского народов. Поэтому предпосылкой эффективности музыкально-фольклористических исследований на соответствующих территориях К. В. Квитка считал комплексный подход, предполагавший изучение явлений и фактов традиционной культуры трех этносов в их совокупности и независимо от административных границ. Публикация расширяет круг документальных источников, представляющих результаты полевых наблюдений К. В. Квитки в педагогической практике и в теоретических исследованиях. В научный оборот впервые введен ряд рукописных и фотодокументов из фондов Научного центра народной музыки имени К. В. Квитки, Российского национального музея музыки и Архива Московской государственной консерватории имени П. И. Чайковского.

Ethno-Geographic Issues in the Works by Kliment V. Kvitka

Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific heritage of the outstanding ethnomusicologist Kliment V. Kvitka. After providing a brief overview of his published works, the author highlights ethno-geographic issues as one of the key topics that can be found in various contexts in most of the scholar’s texts. Kliment V. Kvitka began exploring ethno-geographic issues in the 1920s. Most of his works from that period entered widespread scholarly use with the publication of a two volumes compiled by Vladimir L. Hoshovskiy (1971, 1973). In this publication, a number of Kvitka’s articles from the 1940s were also published for the first time. Referring to archival documents that reflect Kvitka’s activities, the author notes that the idea of the inseparable historical, cultural, and ethno-geographic unity of the Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Russian peoples was repeated and developed in Kvitka’s works over the years. Therefore, he considered a comprehensive approach a prerequisite for the effectiveness of musical and folklore studies in the corresponding territories, which involved studying the phenomena and facts of the traditional culture of the Eastern Slavs in their entirety and independently of administrative boundaries. The publication expands the range of documentary sources that present the results of Kvitka’s field observations as applied in pedagogical practice and in scholarly works. The author uses handwritten and photographic documents from the collections of the Kliment Kvitka Folk Music Research Centre, the Russian National Museum of Music, and the Archive of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory.
