ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS & CONTRACT

Upon submitting the documents, all applicants must take entrance examinations. The registration for entrance examinations is made by International Students Office. An applicant must submit his/her programme for entrance examination: the list of compositions the applicant will perform at the examination: composer, the name of composition/aria/ song/.

Upon successful passing the entrance examinations an applicant may sign a Tuition agreement with the Conservatory. If  the entrance examinations are not passed successfully, the Tuition agreement cannot be made.

Tuition fees are to be paid in equal parts twice a year – not later than on October 01 and March 01 of the current academic year. For each day of delay fine is applied. The minimum amount to be paid equals the cost of one semester.

Once the tuition payment is effected the Student is provided with a Student’s IDcard.
Post-graduate students should apply for their ID cards at the Post-graduate Student Office.
Library cards are available at the Reading room of the library. A photo is needed.

A few days later you will also have at your disposal an electronic pass which you will use to enter the Conservatory and the Student residence.

You should discuss your study plan with the Dean's office officer who will help to organize your meeting with the teacher in principal study and get you familiar with the group schedule. Office hours are: Monday- Friday: from 11 am to 1.30 pm, and from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.
