Regina Glazunova has shown herself in many spheres of St. Petersburg's cultural life. For many years she has been working hard to preserve and promote the musical professional traditions of St. Petersburg, the cultural capital of Russia, in the Russian and international arenas. She manages to combine concert, teaching and organizational activities.

She graduated with honors from the St. Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory (piano and organ) and successfully completed the postgraduate studies. Since 2003 she has combined her teaching activities at the St Petersburg Conservatory with her work in the International Relations Department.

She gives master classes in Russia and abroad (Italy, Finland, Germany, Korea, China, etc.). Every year in the summer, from 2007 to 2019, she gave piano master courses in Finland. She is a jury member of international music competitions in Italy, France, and Russia.

Her students are laureates of various All-Russian and international competitions and festivals.

She is an organizer of major international projects in St. Petersburg and abroad. In 2016 with the active participation of Regina Glazunova was opened the Harbin State Conservatory.

Regina Glazunova has toured successfully in Russia and abroad as a soloist, with orchestras and in various ensembles. She represents St. Petersburg on the best stages of Europe and Asia (France, Italy, Estonia, Serbia, Macedonia, Korea, China, etc.). She has performed with leading musicians of St. Petersburg.

Regina Glazunova is the author of the collection "Russian Piano Nocturne of the 19th and early 20th Centuries" published in 2015 by the Publishing House "Musyka", the anthology "Russian Piano Nocturne" in three volumes, also published by the same publishing house in 2018, the monograph "From the History of Musical Genres. Piano Nocturne" (2023, Planet of Music Publishing House). She is the editor-compiler of the collection "Chamber Music for Brass Instruments with Piano" (2023, Planet of Music Publishing House) and the author of a number of articles and interviews (Annual repertoire magazine of the Theater Liceu in Barcelona, "Musical Klondike" (Moscow), etc.).

She is awarded with the Letter of Appreciation from the St. Petersburg Culture Committee for significant contribution to the development of the cultural sphere of St. Petersburg (2019) and the Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation for her great contribution to the development of culture and many years of creative work (2022).
